Meet the Owner

Chad A. McCollester

A 1997 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business, Chad began his career at Firstar Bank’s Farm Management Division before founding Agri-Valley Farm Management in 2000.

Raised on a family farm near Silver City, Iowa, Chad was actively involved in his family’s 1,200-acre operation, leading up to his father’s retirement, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of modern agriculture. His background keeps the business grounded in real farming experience.

Chad is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, and the Mills County Chamber of Commerce.

Chad McCollester has earned the Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) designation awarded by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) to those members who have years of experience, are technically trained, have passed rigorous examinations, and subscribe to a high code of ethics.
